PILOT TRAINING WITH STICK 'N RUDDER
SUPERIOR SKILLS - SUPERIOR SERVICE - SUPERIOR SAFETY STANDARDS
Why Stick 'n Rudder are the leaders in Pilot Training?
Here at Stick ‘n Rudder, Defensive Flying is something we focus on in our pilot training. Sure, aircraft have evolved over the years to become safer and easier to control, however, the number one cause of accidents is when a pilot mishandles the aeroplane.
Therefore, we incorporate defensive flying in all our courses, so that all Stick ‘n Rudder pilots have the skill set to recognise and recover an aircraft from an undesirable situation.
Additional to our focus on defensive flying, all our pilot training courses include the following:
- We operate exclusively in a tailwheel aircraft (which provide a superior training platform)
- Our courses are heavily influenced by tailwheel and bush flying
- Pilots learn to operate the aircraft through its full flight envelope
- Pilots train in different environments including exclusive bush strips
- Pilots can continue their pilot training with many advanced flight courses
- Accreditation to provide pilot training for Recreational Aviation Australia (RA-Aus) & Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) certificates & licences
